Reporting to the General Manager, this position will be responsible for all daily accounting and cost control activities, including:

 Business Controls

- payroll Processing and cash management, including employee benefits, payroll and tax remittances

- bank and credit account reconciliations

- accounts payable and receivable management (including data entry, analysis and preparation)

- reconciliation and record keeping of all employee time writing & expenses

- reconciliation, processing and payment of all supplier / 3rd party invoicing

- reparation of monthly Client invoicing

- internal project cost control and reporting

- provide support to external auditors

- maintain assessments and audits

 Financial Reporting

- monthly reporting and financial statement preparation

- provide oversight to all accounting activities

- maintain internal financial control

- maintain various statutory reporting

- preparing overhead budgets and forecasting

- provide external reporting




- University degree in B.Comm. or Business Administration, Financial, Accounting is preferred but not mandatory

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience with finance/accounting/audit in a small-medium size enterprise

- Very good knowledge of Accounting standards and principles
