Document Control Analyst (Staff Position)

Assignment Description

We are looking for a Document Control Analyst with a digital mindset, and a desire to help project driven organizations improve their project execution capabilities through innovative software tools and work processes. 

You will be working in a collaborative project environment implementing, configuring and supporting our Document Control/Management software for our customers. 

Primary Responsibilities

- Analyzing and evaluating the current document control/management business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement

- Provide expert guidance and support on our Document Control/Management software tools and work processes to be able to help companies successfully execute their projects

- Presenting projects, products, ideas and findings in meetings

- Producing training materials and perform training

- Assisting technical staff with implementation needs, including process clarifications, test case preparation and execution, when necessary.

- Creating initiatives depending on the business’s requirements and needs    

- Developing projects and monitoring project performance    

Qualifications Required

- 3+ Years of Experience with Document Control in the Energy industry

- Experience with various EDMS software solutions

- Excellent computer and analytical skills

- Excellent English communication skills

Expected Pay Range: Up to $7,250.00 per month
