Senior Administrative and Finance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Be the strategic senior manager accountable for the areas that support the organization: Finance, Corporate governance & risks, facility & asset management, and HSEQ.
  • Take responsibility (either directly or via staff) for all cash management, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, and help drive the company’s financial strategy.
  • Focus on daily and month-end accounting to determine results, including P&L activity (management fees, fee splitting, gross-ups, reclasses), balance sheet activity (deferrals, accruals), and accounts-receivable cash application, in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Work with finance partners and company peers in implementing valuation models, measuring results, tracking performance vs. expectations, and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Asset and Office management: Ensure a smooth functioning of the office and non-productive assets, managing facility and vehicle maintenance, canteen, and security, defining and implementing optimal strategies for in-house execution and/or outsourcing.
  • Ensuring compliance with requirements when approving a credit request and safeguarding the company's financial resources.
  • Risk management: Develop risk control and management strategies to reduce financial and legal impact on the business, ensuring that the company meets its legal and regulatory risks requirement and focusing on securing and managing the company’s insurance policies and risk exposure.
  • Responsible for the management of the integrated HSEQ systems.
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies for cost optimization and enhancing supply chain efficiency.                           

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economy, Finance or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; technologically oriented.
  • 100% English proficiency, other languages a plus.
  • Post graduate studies highly valuable: MBA, finance, Legal, Asset Management, corporate governance, compliance, HR management
  • Businesses Operations Knowledge, vendors' contract management, risk management, finance, administration
  • 10+ years of management experience in medium/large organizations              
  • Desirable skills: Leadership and management, Decision-making, Effective Communication, Negotiation.
  • Valid Driver’s license.
