Support Services Analyst I

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Perform a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks.
  • Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
  • Configures and installs computer hardware and software.
  • Manages inventory control of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Upgrades hardware and software components.
  • Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking.
  • Monitors and collects data on system performance.
  • Position will receive direction and support.

Requirements:


  • CompTIA A+ & Network+
  • Google IT Support Professional Certificate
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience providing IT support
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer and problem solving skills
  • Has initiative and motivation and the ability to coordinate and finish tasks
  • Good team player, promotes inclusion and can work with diverse teams
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Good organizational skills Specific
  • Good knowledge of information and technology systems, applications and equipment
  • Good understanding of Information Technology processes and best practices
  • Good understanding and appreciation for safety, security and controls
  • Inventory/Supply chain management experience
  • Computing infrastructure experience and understanding
  • Desktop, LAN/WAN Troubleshooting
