Driver/Office Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, documents and goods.

  • Coordinate with the accounts supervisor daily to offset outgoing documents and payments.

  • Complete vehicle logbook during and after delivery.

  • Ensure regular maintenance and cleanliness of the company vehicle.

  • Making sure that documents and correspondence are delivered on a timely manner.

  • Making sure that the company vehicle is clean inside and outside by having it clean weekly at the wash bay.

  • Requesting and clearing of an advance to clean the company vehicle weekly.

  • Coordinate with the inventory supervisor and inventory clerk on purchasing of stocks and goods.

  • Make sure that all of the vehicle documents are valid including fitness, insurance and revenue license.

  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Accounts Supervisor or the Finance Manager.

  • Maintained all of GPI company policies and procedures.

 

Requirement

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Driver/ Office Assistant.

  • Secondary school education.

  • Must be able to read, write and comprehend.

  • Valid Driver’s License MC and MIB.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.

  • Attentive to details and a sharp eye while on the job.
