Responsibilities:

• Assist with general civil and construction duties as assigned.
• Perform a variety of tasks across different work areas to support daily operations.
• Supervise small teams and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Provide support in site preparation, material handling, and basic maintenance activities.
• Operate tools and equipment relevant to civil/construction work.
• Contribute to a safe working environment by following site procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil work and/or construction.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to various roles as needed.
• Experience supervising small teams.
• Experience operating machinery such as cranes, telehandlers, or similar equipment would be an asset.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to perform hands-on, physical tasks as required.
