Working Hours: 7 AM – 4 PM 

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sandblasting, masking) and confirm surface/paint compatibility.
• Apply paint systems, inspect quality (appearance, thickness), identify defects, and perform touch-ups.
• Manage materials and equipment; report and replace faulty tools.
• Supervise workshop staff (scheduling, onboarding, performance reviews, goal setting).
• Share best practices and ensure team compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.
• Identify and report hazards; support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all security and travel procedures and report any incidents.
