Contracts Specialist
Responsibilities:
Manage low-risk / small-value contracts (up to USD 3–5M) end-to-end
Support procurement of materials and services (local & global)
Prepare and manage RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
Draft, review, and amend contract documents
Lead or support commercial and contract negotiations
Manage subcontractor prequalification and re-vetting
Administer contracts post-award, including variations and closeout
Maintain accurate contract logs, files, and databases
Equalize bids and analyze commercial proposals
Generate reports and commercial data sets
Support project and corporate contract teams
Engage internal stakeholders and external contractors
Ensure compliance with HSSE, ethics, and company procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Business
Master’s degree (Law, Business, Economics) is an advantage
Contract / commercial law background preferred
Minimum 7 years’ experience in oil & gas or similar industries
Strong experience in procurement, contracts, and negotiations
Project Management or Supply Chain certifications preferred
MRICS, MCIArb, SCL, or similar certifications are an advantage
Proficient in MS Office; Power BI and ERP systems
SAP Ariba or CLM platform experience is a plus
Fluent in English
