Business Trainer

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions aligned with approved learning objectives and professional standards.

  • Facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended learning using practical adult-learning methods and activities.

  • Apply the company’s Edutainment (education and entertainment) approach to create energetic, memorable, and participatory learning experiences.

  • Encourage learner interaction, reflection, application, and action planning.

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports participation, confidence, and growth.

  • Adapt training style and content to suit diverse participant groups, including professionals, entrepreneurs, managers, youth, and executives.

  • Review and improve training materials, presentations, exercises, assessments, and learning resources for clarity and effectiveness.

  • Customize training programmes and learning pathways based on client needs, goals, and business challenges.

  • Use AI and digital tools responsibly to support curriculum design, learner engagement, reporting, and training productivity.

  • Coordinate training logistics, monitor learner progress, evaluate outcomes, and maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Education, HR, Management, Training and Development, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in training, coaching, or corporate learning.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace, and other digital productivity tools.

  • Practical experience using AI tools for curriculum improvement, content creation, and training support.

  • Experience reviewing, adapting, and preparing training materials, presentations, and learner resources.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to customize training sessions and programme outlines based on client and learner needs.

  • Ability to facilitate interactive learning activities such as case studies, role-plays, simulations, and group exercises.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, written, and spoken English communication skills.
